Beeswax is made from the honeycombs of honey bees. It can be used for the care of wooden furniture and for the polishing of surfaces. It gives the wood a fine shine and protects it from drying out and wetness. The melting point is between 62 and 65 °C.
Linseed Oil

The oil is obtained from linseed. Linseed oil is mainly used for impregnating wood. It hardens in the air and is absorbed into the wood during application. This creates a deep, resistant layer. With natural linseed oil, drying takes a very long time. Therefore the oil is boiled for wood care. Boiled linseed oil hardens much faster.
